Confirmation of directorate change and appointment of Chief Executive Officer

As previously announced, Louis Eperjesi will today join Lupus as Chief Executive Officer and has been appointed a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

As at the date of this announcement, Mr. Eperjesi is the beneficial owner of 90,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, representing 0.07 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

All other disclosures regarding Mr. Eperjesi's appointment required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies are unchanged from the previous announcement of 14 January 2010.
