Director/PDMR Shareholding

Lupus Capital  plc  ("the Company")  announces  that Roland  Tate,  a
non-executive director of the Company, has purchased 46,274  ordinary
shares in the  Company.   The shares were  purchased on  market at  a
price of 8.64p per share on 27 November 2007.
