LTIP Awards and Directors' Dealing
Lupus Capital plc ("Lupus" or the "Company"), a leading international supplier of building products to the door and window industry and the world's number one manufacturer of marine breakaway couplings, announces that on 10 December 2010, the Remuneration Committee of the Company granted the following nil cost share awards over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Executive Directors of the Company under the Lupus Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").

A further 48 senior managers and executives employed by the Company and its subsidiaries will be granted nil or nominal cost share awards (depending on jurisdiction) over a total of 1,063,000 Ordinary Shares prior to the year end.
In aggregate, and according to the terms of the LTIP approved by shareholders on 30 November 2010, by the year end a total of 1,413,000 nil or nominal cost share awards will have been granted to 50 individuals.
All awards are subject to performance and other vesting criteria, as set out in the shareholder circular dated 10 November 2010, a copy of which is available on the Company's website - www.lupuscapital.co.uk.
