Result of EGM

Lupus Capital plc announces that all resolutions were passed at the
EGM held today, 11 December 2007.

The consolidation of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.5p each into
ordinary shares of 5p each will take place at 5.00 pm today, 11
December 2007.  The consolidated shares will be admitted to trading
at 8.00 am tomorrow, 12 December 2007.
