Share dealings by Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT")

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, was notified on 13 March 2018 by Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. The EBT purchased 891,986 Tyman shares on 13 March 2018 at a price of £3.0055 per share.

Following the purchase described above, the EBT now holds 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.77 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 195,811,950 Ordinary Shares.
