Transaction in Own Shares

Amended announcement:


Lupus Capital plc announces that it has purchased on 20 December 2007
1,301,311 of its own ordinary shares in the market at 81.9 pence per
share.  These shares will be held by the Company in Treasury.

The Company's share capital is 137,211,533 ordinary shares of 5
pence, of which the above 1,301,311 are held in Treasury.  Therefore,
the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company
will be 135,910,222.
