Change of ISINs

On 16 November 2015 the shareholders of Utilico Investments Limited and Utilico Finance Limited approved the following name changes:

·    Utilico Investments Limited changed its name to UIL Limited

·    Utilico Finance Limited changed its name to UIL Finance Limited

The name changes have now been registered with the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.

The companies have applied for and been granted new ISINs which are set out below. The TIDMs (tickers) remain unchanged.

Director Update

Further to the announcement on 16 November 2015 regarding the appointment of new directors to the Board, UIL wishes to clarify that David Shillson is a non-independent director as he is a partner in Kensington Swan, a New Zealand law firm which has acted for members of the UIL and ICM groups
