Change of names

The shareholders of Utilico Investments Limited and Utilico Finance Limited have approved the following name changes at the respective annual general meetings held earlier today, 16 November 2015:

·    Utilico Investments Limited changed its name to UIL Limited

·    Utilico Finance Limited changed its name to UIL Finance Limited

An application has today been made to the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda to formally register the above changes, following which an application will be made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange for new ISINs. A further announcement setting out the new ISINs, and timetable for adoption of the new ISINs, will be notified in due course. The TIDMs (tickers) will remain unchanged.
