On 10 September 2009, Utilico Limited sold 4,585,000 (2016) ZDPs in its subsidiary, Utilico Finance Limited, at a price of 108.25p per ZDP share.

Following this sale Utilico Limited no longer holds any Utilico Finance (2016) ZDPs.
