The Board of UIL has declared a second quarterly dividend of 1.875p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 30 June 2015, which will be paid on 20 March 2015 to shareholders on the register on 27 February 2015. The ordinary shares will go ex-dividend on 26 February 2015.
