Right to subscribe for the following ordinary shares pursuant to a placing of 7 million ordinary shares at a price of £2.00 per share, subject to shareholder approval, on 14 October 2011:

 

Firm allocation: 1,804,831 (Utilico - 1,031,056 and BCB - 773,775) representing approximately 25.8% of the placing shares

 

Allocation subject to clawback: 528,502 (Utilico - 301,920 and BCB - 226,582) representing approximately 7.6% of the placing shares

 

Participants in the placing have been issued with warrants pro-rata to their participation on the basis of 1 warrant for every 2 placing shares.
