Purchase of Utilico Finance ZDPs

On 25 February 2009 Utilico Limited purchased for investment purposes, 400,000 (2016) ZDPs in its subsidiary, Utilico Finance Limited, at a price of 80p per ZDP share.

As at 17 February 2009, the accrued capital entitlement of each (2016) ZDP share was 112.46p with a final capital entitlement on 31 October 2016 of 192.78p.

Following this purchase Utilico Limited holds 1,875,000 Utilico Finance (2016) ZDPs representing 5.0% of the (2016) ZDPs currently in issue.
