UIL Limited and its subsidiary, UIL Finance Limited (the "Companies") announce that, following changes made to the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules ("DTR") as a result of the Transparency Directive Amending Directive (2013/50/EU), the Companies are required to disclose their Home State.  Accordingly, in accordance with DTR 6.4.2, the Companies announce that their Home State is the United Kingdom.
