PURCHASE OF UTILICO FINANCE LIMITED 2012 ZDP SHARES

The Board of Utilico Investments Limited ("the Company") announces that on 21 June 2012 the Company purchased 163,913 Utilico Finance Limited 2012 ZDPs shares in the market at a price of 175.0p per share.

The Company now owns 738,913 Utilico Finance Limited 2012 ZDPs shares and these shares will be held to the redemption date on 31 October 2012.
