Utilico Investments Limited ("the Company") announces that on 4 December 2012 the Company sold in the market 400,000  2018 ZDP Shares issued by its subsidiary, Utilico Finance Limited,  at a price of 109.5p per share.

Following this sale. Utilico Investments Limited has a holding of 11,487,376   2018 ZDP Shares and the total number of 2018 ZDP Shares in issue remains unchanged at 49,842,413.
