Utilico Investments Limited ("the Company") announces that on 1 March 2013 the Company sold in the market 250,000 2018 ZDP Shares issued by its subsidiary, Utilico Finance Limited, at a price of 112.5p per share.

Following this sale. Utilico Investments Limited has a holding of 9,737,376  2018 ZDP Shares and the total number of 2018 ZDP Shares in issue remains unchanged at 49,842,413.
