UIL Limited (the "Company") announces that on 24 March 2017 the Company sold in the market 564,826 2020 ZDP Shares issued by its subsidiary, UIL Finance Limited, at a price of 134p per 2020 ZDP Share. Following this sale, UIL Limited has a holding of 165,989 2020 ZDP Shares and the total number of 2020 ZDP Shares in issue remains unchanged at 39,000,000.
