UIL Limited (the "Company") announces that on 14 November 2016 the Company sold in the market 233,893 2020 ZDP Shares issued by its subsidiary, UIL Finance Limited, at a price of 133.00p per 2020 ZDP Share. Following this purchase UIL Limited has a holding of 1,712,217 2020 ZDP Shares and the total number of 2020 ZDP Shares in issue remains unchanged at 39,000,000.
