UIL Limited (the "Company") announces that on 16 December 2016 the Company sold in the market 192,751 2020 ZDP Shares issued by its subsidiary, UIL Finance Limited, at a price of 133p per 2020 ZDP Share. Following this sale, UIL Limited has a holding of 1,333,550 2020 ZDP Shares and the total number of 2020 ZDP Shares in issue remains unchanged at 39,000,000.
