Utilico Limited

Purchase of Utilico Finance ZDPs

On 15 December 2008 Utilico Limited purchased for investment purposes, 550,000 (2016) ZDPs in its subsidiary, Utilico Finance Limited, at a price of 80p per ZDP share.

As at 9 December 2008, the accrued capital entitlement of each (2016) ZDP share was 110.97p with a final capital entitlement on 31 October 2016 of 192.78p.
