ADDITIONAL DRAWDOWN OF EXISTING FACILITY

The Company announces that it has drawn down an additional £35 million of debt from the Barclays facility for ongoing working capital requirements. The Company has now drawn down debt totalling £140 million (Lloyds facility - £80 million, Barclays facility - £60 million) leaving £90 million of the Barclays facility still available for investment over the next 18 months.
