In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1(4) and as a result of the information contained within the 'Net Asset Value and Interim Management Statement' announcement released by the Company on 2 August 2011 and the 'Further Drawdown of Debt' announcement released earlier today, the Company is satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company may have up to the announcement of the results for the half year period ended 30 June 2011 has previously been notified to a Regulated Information Service. Accordingly, dealings referred to in Listing Rule 15.5.1(3) are permitted.
