Material events
Other than the below, all relevant matters were announced as part of the NAV announcement issued on 7 April 2008.
UK Commercial Property Trust restructured its lease with its tenant at 5/7 Chancery Lane, London, for a further five years. This has resulted in the earliest termination of the lease being in March 2018.
Other than the above, and those referred to in the announcement of 7 April 2008, there have been no other significant events or transactions to the date of publication of this IMS, which would have a material impact on the financial position of the company.
