RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Following the Extraordinary General Meeting of UK Commercial Property Trust Limited held today at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3QL the Board is pleased to announce that the resolution to approve the amendment to the Investment Policy of the Group was duly passed.  Proxy votes received in relation to the ordinary resolution were 991,945,265 for, 47,300 discretionary, 650,261 withheld and 100 against.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, a copy of the resolution passed at the meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
