ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 60,000 ordinary
A shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares'), pursuant to the conversion of B
ordinary shares in the Company.

The Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary A shares,
and dealing are expected to commence on 14 July 2005.

Following this issue, the total issued ordinary share capital of the company
remains unchanged, but now consists of:

Ordinary A Shares      52,444,562
Ordinary B shares       1,033,340
