Sarantel Group PLC 24 April 2008 24 April 2008 SARANTEL GROUP PLC AGM statement Sarantel (AIM: SLG, 'the Company'), the leading manufacturer of revolutionary filtering antennas for mobile and wireless devices, is making the following trading update at today's AGM: 'The Company has traded in line with the Board's expectations for the first six months of the year to 31 March 2008 with revenues of approximately £1 million (2007: £1.5 million), which is due primarily to an approximately 300 per cent. rise in GPS shipments compared to a difficult previous six months ended 30 September 2007. Cash as at 31 March 2008 was £0.9 million before the receipt of £3.4 million from the placing announced on 7 April 2008. Overall the Company's development remains on track.' Sarantel expects to publish its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2008 in late June 2008.
