Directors' shareholding
The Company announces that on 19 December 2008 Geoff Shingles, Chairman, purchased 400,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company (the 'Ordinary Shares') at a price of 1.3 pence per share, equivalent to 0.21 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Following the purchase, Mr Shingles now holds 979,132 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.51 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
In addition, the Company announces that on the same day David Wither, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 175,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.3 pence per share, equivalent to 0.09 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Following the purchase, Mr Wither now holds 877,079 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.46 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
