DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS
The Company received notification today of the following transaction by a
director:
On 17 February 2006 Mr David Dey, Chairman of the Board of Directors, exercised
options over 444,900 ordinary A shares ('Shares') at 10p per Share. Following
this exercise, Mr Dey is interested in 462,370 Shares, representing
approximately 0.85% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Application has been made for the admission to AIM of the 444,900 Shares, and
dealings are expected to commence on 24 February 2006.
