Update on funding

The Board of Sarantel is pleased to announce that further to its announcement of
3 May that it is seeking further funds, its principal shareholders, Foresight
Venture Partners and MTI Partners, have confirmed their support. Discussions are
progressing on an equity fundraising to meet ongoing working capital needs.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
