Persons discharging managerial responsibilities "PDMR" shareholding

Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), announces   that on 9^th May 2022, Simon Showman sold from a personal holding 46,500 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 130p per Ordinary Share and each of his three children's ISAs each bought 15,500 Ordinary Shares all at a price of 130p per Ordinary Share.   

In addition, on 9^th May 2022, Graham Screawn sold from a personal holding 61,072 Ordinary Shares at a price of 130p per Ordinary Share; his ISA bought 15,268 Ordinary Shares, his wife's ISA bought 15,268 Ordinary Shares, and each of his two children's ISAs each bought 15,268 Ordinary Shares, all at 130p per Ordinary Share.
