Persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") dealing

Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872) , was informed on 1^st September 2022 that James McCarthy, Chairman, on 1^st September 2022 bought 65,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 119.7p per Ordinary Share.  Following this purchase, Mr McCarthy has a beneficial interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also informed on 1^st September 2022 that Robbie Bell, Non-Executive Director, on 1^st September 2022 bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 119.7p per Ordinary Share.  Following this purchase, Mr Bell has a beneficial interest in 502,144 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.6% of the Company's issued share capital.

Ultimate Products is the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, established in 1760) and Beldray (a laundry, floor care, heating and cooling brand that was established in 1872). According to its market research, nearly 80% of UK households own at least one of the Group's products.

Please note that Ultimate Products is not the owner of Russell Hobbs. The company currently has licence agreements in place granting it an exclusive licence to use the "Russell Hobbs" trademark for cookware (NB this does not include Russell Hobbs electrical appliances).
