Further to the changes to the Board of Electra Private Equity PLC (the "Company") announced on 5 November 2015, the Company announces the following further changes:

Roger Perkin, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.  He remains Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Edward Bramson has been appointed as Chairman of the Management Engagement Committee.

Francesca Barnes has been appointed as Chairman of the Valuations Committee.

Geoffrey Cullinan has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

Kate Barker said: "I would like to thank Geoff for his very valuable contribution and commitment to the Board over the past five years.  In particular, we have greatly benefited from his considerable experience of private equity. 

The Board has decided to appoint one or two additional non-executive directors in addition to a new Chairman.  We shall announce any appointments as they are made."
