                      Unicorn AIM VCT plc (the 'Company')

                               Additional Listing

The Company announces that further to its Offer for Subscription of up to
35,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each on 2 October 2001 (the 'Offer') it has
today applied for 2,500 Ordinary Shares (the 'Shares') to be admitted to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange plc.  The Shares were allotted on 23 January 2002 following their issue
pursuant to the Offer.


Dealings in the Shares are expected to commence on 25 January 2002.
