Unicorn AIM VCT Plc announces that on 25 March 2004 it allotted and issued
1,116,990 new Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the offer for
subscription at a price of 100p.  The new shares increase the issued share
capital to 34,867,234 Ordinary Shares and 5,550,897 Series 2 Ordinary Shares.
