Unicorn AIM VCT Plc announces that on 15 April 2004 it allotted and issued
386,705 new Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the offer for subscription
at a price of 100p. An application for 2,562 Series 2 Ordinary Shares has been
withdrawn by the investor in respect of the allotment made on 1 April 2004. The
new shares therefore increase the issued share capital to 34,827,234 Ordinary
Shares and 10,452,044 Series 2 Ordinary Shares.
