Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 2 June 2004 it allotted and issued an
additional 4,016,039 new Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the offer for
subscription at a price of 100p.



Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 34,827,234
Ordinary Shares and 15,763,314 Series 2 Ordinary Shares.
