Unicorn AIM VCT plc (the 'Company')

Net Asset Value
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that, due to an error in computing the valuation
of one security, the unaudited net asset values (NAV) for the Series 2 Ordinary
1p share fund as at close of business on 31 December 2005, previously announced
on 6 January 2006, were incorrect. The amended figures are shown below:

Bid price basis 111.3 pence 108.1 pence
Mid-market price basis 112.4 pence 109.2 pence
The calculation of the net asset value per Series 2 Ordinary 1p share is before
deducting the dividend of 1 pence per share to be paid to Series 2 Fund
Shareholders on 30 January 2006.
The net asset values per Ordinary 1p share previously reported do not require
any amendment.
