Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset values (excluding
current year income) per share of the Company as at close of business on 28
February 2006 were:

Bid price basis                     97.8 pence                    116.9 pence


Mid-market price basis              99.5 pence                    118.0 pence




The calculation of the net asset value per Ordinary 1p share is after deducting
the capital dividend of 5 pence per share that was paid to Ordinary Fund
Shareholders on 1 March 2006.
