Purchase of shares for cancellation


Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 11 January 2006 it purchased 100,000
Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 92 pence per share for cancellation.


Following these purchases there are now 33,144,234 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
and 15,743,314 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
