Purchase of shares for cancellation


Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 31 March 2005 it purchased 55,000 Ordinary
Fund Shares at a price of 99 pence per share for cancellation.


Following this purchase there are now 34,099,234 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,763,314 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
