Results of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today, 30 January 2020, were approved by Shareholders on a show of hands.  The final dividend of 3.50 pence per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2019 will be paid to Shareholders on 6 February 2020.

As reported in the Company's Annual Report to 30 September 2019, the Chairman, Peter Dicks, stood down as Chairman at the conclusion of the meeting but will remain on the Board until he steps down as a Director later this year. The Board is pleased to confirm that Tim Woodcock was appointed as Chairman at the conclusion of the meeting.
