Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 8 August 2014, it purchased 155,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 130.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 64,395,193 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in issue.
