Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 10 November 2015, it purchased 100,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.12% of the issued share capital at a price of 142 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 79,980,231 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
