Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 13 January 2016, it purchased 157,426 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.18% of the issued share capital at a price of 144 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 86,898,157 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
