Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 13 May 2016, it purchased 275,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.30% of the issued share capital at a price of 133 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 92,405,435 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
