Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 13 October 2016, it purchased 74,245 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.08% of the issued share capital at a price of 139.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 92,001,066 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
