Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 9 August 2017, it purchased 285,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each for cancellation and that on 10 August 2017, it purchased a further 725,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each for cancellation. Both purchases were enacted at a price of 142.0 pence per share and together represented in aggregate approximately 1.01% of the issued share capital.

Following this purchase, there are now 98,947,864 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
