Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 16 February 2017, it purchased 85,513 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.08% of the issued share capital at a price of 133 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 100,734,111 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
