Unilever has announced the Euro 750,000,000 3.375% Notes due 2015 of Unilever
N.V. and guaranteed by Unilever PLC and Unilever United States, Inc. and
launched on 19 September, 2005 under Unilever's debt issuance programme, closed
on 29 September, 2005.
