UNILEVER ANNOUNCES EUROBOND ISSUE
Unilever PLC announced today, 1 December 2000, that it issued Euro 1 billion
15 months Floating Rate Notes guaranteed by Unilever N.V. and Euro 1.25
billion 3 year Fixed Rate Notes guaranteed by Unilever N.V. under its debt
issuance programme. The Eurobonds Issue had been launched on 16 November.
Details of the issue are:
Aggregate Principle Amount: Euro 1 Billion
Type of Security: Floating Rate Note due 2002 at 0.0625 percentage
points per annum above 3-month EURIBOR
Denomination of Notes: Euro 1,000
Issue Price: 99.954% of the principle amount of the Notes
Aggregate Principle Amount: Euro 1.25 billion
Type of Security: Fixed Rate Note due 2003 at a coupon of 5 3/8%
Denomination of Notes: Euro 1,000, Euro 10,000 or Euro 100,000
Issue Price: 100.865% of the principle amount of the Notes
